Wallpaper
How much wallpaper will I need?
- Our wallpapers are sold by the roll; Roll size: 10.05m x 70cm
Please use the wallpaper calculator to estimate how many rolls of wallpaper you will need.
How do I hang wallpaper?
NON-WOVEN WALL-COVERING HANGING INSTRUCTIONS
We advise that a professional be used when hanging non-woven wallpaper. The instructions can be found below:
- Preparation-Walls should be dry, clean, and even.
- Remove any old wallpaper and loose paint.
- Roughen painted surfaces with sandpaper.
- For best results, walls should be cross lined using a good quality lining paper. Sizing the lining paper will aid adhesion. Lining should be allowed to dry out completely before hanging the wall covering.
PASTING AND HANGING YOUR NON-WOVEN WALL COVERINGS
- This is a paste the wall product. The decorator should paste the wall and not the back of the wall covering.
- A good quality, solvent free, fungicide protected ready-mixed ‘tub’ adhesive – specifically for paste the wall non-woven papers should be used.
- Paste should be evenly applied to the wall to hang one length at a time, to an area slightly wider than width of the paper.
- Butt joints and use a decorator’s brush to smooth down the wall covering, working from the centre to the edges to express air bubbles.
- Avoid squeezing paste out of the joints and ensure paste does not get onto the brush or roller.
- No paste should be allowed to come into contact with the patterned surface of the wallcovering and hands should be kept clean and dry whilst hanging the wall covering.
- Paste will damage the patterned wallcovering surface. The company cannot accept responsibility for marks or damage caused by paste.
- Should any paste have been allowed to come into contact with the patterned wallcovering surface, it should be lightly sponged whilst still moist, using a clean damp sponge.

What is the minimum I can order?
We have no minimum order quantity; you can order as little as one roll upwards.

Samples
Can I order a sample?
Yes, we recommend customers order samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as
accurate as possible to match the product but colours can differ to those shown.
Our samples are for colour reference and don’t show a full repeat, each sample is A4
size - 21cm W x 29.7cm H.

When will my sample arrive?
They are sent with Royal Mail, who aim to deliver the next
working day, including Saturdays.

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world, just change the destination country when you get to check out.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges vary according to destination and quantities and are specified when placing an order with the delivery address.
When will my products arrive?
Lead-time for delivery of wallpaper is approximately 10 working days, this is quicker within the UK. The wallpaper is printed to order in the U.K.
Lead-time for delivery of cushions is approximately 5 weeks, this is quicker within the UK. Both the printing of the material and the making of the cushions is in the U.K.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Samples are sent with standard Royal Mail post and cannot be tracked.
Can I return my order?
We do not take responsibility for
over or under ordering of wallpaper, fabric or any other products.
We endeavour to check all of our
products before dispatch but should any goods arrive with a fault, or if we have made a mistake with your order please email us immediately and send photos of the damage/fault so we can work out how the fault occurred. We will require you to return the order with all packaging and labels.

If the goods are faulty or we have
made a mistake with your order, postage costs will be refunded. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.
